I'm out with a water leak in the number 3 hole.
It sounded bad as I crossed the line but I had pressure. I hoped it was a rocker but all looked well when we pulled the valve covers and all looked well. Saw a drop of water come from the #3 sparkplug. Pulled the plug and water poured out. Hoped for head gasket, or even the head but this is not my year. Water coming through cylinder wall. I hope I can sleeve and save the pistons, rods, crank and cam.
Second round of qualifying ended at 10:30 -- and we just finished dinner.
