any one on have any pointers and or insight on diagnostics for the autotemp all I know is its mostly controlled by vacuum switches & check valves. The fan works but nothing else seems to work

I used to have the books on decoding the mopar fender build tags but I cant find them & the stuff I find online doesn’t seem to work very good for a 68 can anyone help me with this
