Is it possible to remove and replace the dash in a 74 Barracuda without removing the windshield?

Hey all, my wipers work, but won’t park when I shut them off. They seem to be getting hung up on the windshield trim at the cowl. There’s a 1/4" gap between the trim and the glass, should it be that much?

Is there a difference between the automatic and manual consoles, other than the top plate?

I have a ‘74 Barracuda and would like to swap out my bumper brackets for the earlier ones to bring my bumpers in closer to the body.

From what I understand, I need 1970 brackets, and possibly ‘71?

Edit: looking for 70-72 brackets.

I thought someone told me a while back that the earlier bumper brackets would fit a ’74, bringing the bumpers closer to the body. Is this true, and if so, which years of brackets should I look for?
