74 evap canister line as return?

Click when trying to start

twice is the past week when I’ve gone to start my 74 dart sport 318 it has just clicked once when I turn the key to start it. If I turn it off and back on it has started. Any ideas?

Headers=more or less heat

really considering the tti shorty headers for my 74 dart sport. Will they emit more or less heat than the factory manifolds into the engine bay?

Fuel fitting threads

putting a new mechanical fuel pump on and switching the fitting to a 3/8 barb to match my carb. When I put the new barb in do I need to use some sort of sealant on the threads?

Voltage regulator overcharging
