How much HP can magnum rods take happily
Hey guys I’ve been running a turbo magnum engine for a couple of years now. I have a high and low boost setting on 420hp and 650hp at wheels. I’ve been running a standard magnum bottom end and the only thing that seems to let go are the pistons. So I’m putting a set of forged pistons in but not sure if I should upgrade the rods. I’ve had a look at some scat Hbeam rod and they don’t look much stronger than a standard factory rods. Can anyone confirm what the magnum may be good for. Cheers
Are 360LA and 360 Magnum valley cover seals interchangeable and can I buy them separately.

Boosting magnum exhaust manifold question.
Hey guys I’ve boosted a few Mopar engines but made log manifolds.
I’ve seen a few guys reverse the factory manifolds around so they face forward. Can anyone tell me how they successfully joined the pipe to the factory manifolds without leaks. Welding a V-band to cast iron always runs the risk of cracking between the welds and the cast. I was thinking of machining the face flat on the cast and just using a plate to bolt straight up to it. What factory Spark plugs for a 360 Magnum question.

The 360 Magnum engines were never released in Australia so we have no listings over here for them. I Googled but found different heat ranges of 4 and 6.

Hey guys my flimsy factory transmission pan on my 727 always leaks. ID like a more rigid one like the cast alloy ones as they are much better. But the car is very low and I can’t use those deep Pan ones. What is the shallowest rigid transmission pan I can get. Cheers
