1050 dominator swap

What problems can I expect going from a 725 Demon
To a 1050 dominator. On a 440, 636 lift, 35 total timing,
Roller motor. Running 100 octane avgas. 11.5:1 compression.
Starting out with 94 jets squared. Drag car not street driven at all.
Suggestions…

440 banging outta 5500 rpm

I have been running this 440 for three years now. Msd rev limited at 6500
Roller motor, demon 750, msd wires, billet msd distributor. I snapped a u joint
Pulled the tranny to check it out sent the converter off for a new hub( it was worn and leaking).

I recently sent my TQ convert off to PTC in muscle shoals al.
Theye were to replace the hub only it was worn uneven and leaked through the Bronze bushing. When I got it back, made a test run 1/8 mile I was on the rev limiter before the traps. before I sent it ogff it was a 3300 stall.

demon 750 adjusment

Just rebuilt this carb and it runs good, but it won’t idle when in gear unless
neutral idle speed is better than 1300RPM
I’ve started over from square one several times, rich or lean, idle is way low in gear. Any words would be appreciated.

1970 Challenger hood springs question

I have a fiberglass hood. When I bought the car they were using a stick
to hold the hood up.

Can I use stock springs or do I need a different spring?

I have been told stock ones are to stuff and could be hard on the fiberglass hood.
