Valve cover breathers, smaller than 1 inch??
I have a set of old Cal Custom valve covers, they are sweet.
Unluckily, they have a smaller than modern standard hole, 1″ diameter.
Are there any valve cover grommets that fit 1″ and valve cover breathers with PCV hose hookups that will fit this?
I can find plenty of 1-1/4″ and 1″ neck breathers, but I’ll need something smaller. Ideally with a smaller than 5/8″ hose connector. If you can point me to something like this in polished aluminum, stainless, or chrome I will send you a free gift…

Vacuum hose, another dumb question
Where does this little black hose go inside the ca? It is hooked up to the two-pronged vacuum fitting on the intake manifold. Larger hose goes to a brake booster? Not sure where the little one goes, I can’t follow it without dismantling most of the dash apparently

Hello, any issues with the stock pump pushing through longer lines? I want to move the lines away from the engine out to the wheel well for decluttering the engine. Let me know if there’s an issue with adding another foot or two.
Also, which port on the firewall goes to which port on the pump? I can’t find a diagram anywhere and don’t want to get it backward.
65 Hi-Beam wiring
Hello, I am working on swapping out my original headlights for some modern brighter lights with headlamps and hi-beams in one sealed unit. Is there a diagram somewhere on how the hi-beam toggle works? I see the brights hang off the same pigtail as the headlamps, but I’m not sure what happens to toggle this from the switch.
Can you integrate that toggle into the same wires for a newer sealed beam unit?

Removing the headlights on a 65
Is there a trick to removing the glass and bezels to loosen up the headlights? Mine are still the original headlights and the frame won’t really budge with the screws out… I don’t want to break anything, does anyone have tips on removing these?
