My pessimism got the best of me…

I’ve recently saw a brand name “Juice Cocktail” which had a label stating that it had less than 10% real juice – this means that it could contain almost NO real juice and be correct (less than 10% real juice).

You know where I’m going – it is quite possible that synthetic blend oil could be 99% regular or conventional (dino) oil….

Are there any specs for synthetic blend oil or is this a marketing gimmick?

My 70 challenger has an original dark blue or black Fusible link.
Does anyone know what the color and size this link is?
I suspect it’s either 16 or 18 Gauge.

Can’t believe anybody would ask this much for a car with so man incorrect parts and other issues!
Maybe I’m ranting, just can believe condition of cars being sold(flipped)

Given that cam break in is so critical when initially starting the engine for the 1st time after a rebuild how can one assure the engine will start quickly on the first start assuming:

-Timing is set correctly
-New Carburetor or rebuilt Carburetor.(Don’t know if adjusted correctly)

My concern being,…

I’m from New Mexico and have no grudge against one of our cities.

If you value your vintage auto or other belongs, you’re risking theft if you stay at a local motel overnight.

For years now, I’ve heard of vehicles, trailers, box trucks, race cars, etc being stolen from motels and it appears that it is nowhere under control. I don’t even know if the local motel association cares. This happens at high end motels also….
