Caliper beyond repair?

So I’m converting my 69 Fury over to brakes from a 72 New Yorker. I figured I would do this while I’m doing the complete suspension rebuild. today with much effort and heat, I got the bleeders and the brake lines out of each caliper, so that’s good. one caliper had a very stuck piston, which I finally got out. Unfortunately this is what I found inside. my opinion says that’s beyond even honing. what’s everybody else think for options?

I Feel So Stupid…Idler Arm Removal

Boy, do I feel dumb,
I cannot see how to get the idler arm separated from the center link. I have everything else out. I cannot get my pickle fork between the center link and the idler arm. The local rental tie rod pullers have fingers that are too…

Strut Rod Sleeve

Hey everyone,

Did I Get the Wrong Booster

Hi Fellas,

So I am eliminating the LEEDs brake conversion system (why I am, I’ll save for another day) on my 1969 Fury III column shift car. Anyway, I was able to score a complete disc brake setup from a 1972 New Yorker. I took EVERYTHING right down to the brake pedal assembly. I also snagged the booster. I got so excited, I got ahead of myself, and just (as in last Monday) sent the booster to the Power Brake Booster Rebuilder in Washington state (formerly Booster Dewey) for a…

318 or 360, 727 or 904

Hi Everyone,

I am sure this question has been hammered out countless times, however I kinda believe everyones situation is unique. Therefore, forgive me for asking again.
