Ok my back up lights on my Cordoba don’t work, there is a new 3 pin neutral start switch fitted when trans rebuilt, I put my meter on the 2 outside switch pins and I can’t measure any circuit when putting in and out of reverse.

The neutral start part seems to work fine.

Are there different types of 3 pin switches?

Hi guys,

I started talking about this is another post so decided to break it out on its own.

As you are aware electronics gets old, caps dry out and we’ll you can repair and rebuild but things got better, receivers more sensitive, cd players, more watts, speakers moved on in car audio.

I couldn’t find the right fit for my car but I think got something pretty nice.

I choose pioneer for my system, CD head unit, 6×9″ in the back, 6.5″ in dash and 12″ sub in trunk.

Hi Guys,

My car has an annoying clonk, I will try my best to explain, you can’t hear it but you can feel it, if you have left foot flat on the floor you can feel it, I have looked and I can’t find anything, when car was on hoist the other week I had the exhaust shop tweak the exhaust to pull it further way from the drive shaft. Still does it. If you go from reverse to drive it doesn’t do it, if you stop at set of lights and take off, a small clonk, the drive chain is loaded up being in gear…
