I have evry thign off but the camed socket that hold the torsin bar. I have the factory manual but it dosen’t show how to remove it.

904 front u-joint yoke

Is it possible to acquire a large u-joint slip yoke for a 1972 904 TF?

Mine has the stock, smaller u-joint, and I’m afraid for its life, on the strip.

I have never seen one with the larger (727-size) u-joint, but I am in hopes that someone builds these.

Any info will be much appreciated.

742 ? 489

So I’ve got a question about 8 3/4 rear end. What is the difference between 742 c section and a 489 c section, other than the pinion diam. I have a 489 that I was going to use, and have the opportunity to buy the742 which I will. I was also at the local drags this week end (Thunder in the valley) and saw 3 742 cases with blown out ring gears H.P for sure.

lets see your guys take on this .i was talkin to a couple guys bout my slant 6 duster. yada yada yada , then they got to a subject i was questioning? they were talking about the suspension being pretty light in the front end compared to that of a sb or a bb car. they talked about putting in a healthy big block and pulling the front wheels with the slant suspension since it was light ? not sure if i believe it or not , ive got mixed feelings on the subject

Rod or restore a Hang Ten

Hey all. I’m new to the forum and classics in general. I could really use some advice about what to do with a car I just bought. It’s a 1975 Dodge Dart Sport Hang Ten edition. All sheet metal is good, no rust, 80% original paint, sbp ralley wheels, all chrome/trim is there and its really straight. I know the car has been wet sanded (hang ten graphics barely visible), was a six but is now an 8, and the vynil on the front buckets is starting to crack a little. parking lamps AND headlamps at the same time

Has anyone wired their parking lamps so they stay on with the headlights? BUT the trick is keeping it so the first click does parking lamps only and the second click does headlamps + parking lamps.

swapping out the ol’ slant six for a 360

just curious how well i would do or if i would be wasting my time trying to sell my old slant , i think when i stopped driving it it started to develop a bit of a knock but it is very minor sounding, compared to ones ive heard. it has about 145,000 on it i believe and its gonna be out of a 70 duster.
