93 318 magnum problem
My 93 ram van has a 318 mag and it will run fine the first run of the day but after you turn it off and come back it will barely run, it surges while idling and dies if you put it in gear, It got real hot, (found the water leak and fixed it) and blew the top rad hose right where it goes on to the t-stat housing. There is a wiring harness right where it blew, could it be a bare wire, the only code I get is a 12(temp sensor out of range). Will a bad sensor cause it to run like this. I bought a…

Help with cam specs
I have a custom ground camshaft and I dont know alot about what all the numbers mean. Could someone break it down for me and tell me how it’ll run with my combo? It’s a 77 block with a 69 forged crank, stock rods, kb237 pistons .040 over, 440 source stealth heads, 10.7ish compression, edelbrock dual plane intake, 750 holley carb, schumaker headers 2″ primary 3″ collectors. 4 speed, 8 3/4 with 3.55 gears. 24″ tall wheels.
