i have never messed with torsion bars so some of thse questions may seem stupid. I bought a 75 dart that had a broken torsion bar when i got it. I picked up a set of torsion bars and have read thru some threads on here on how to change them. However the torsion bars arent how i pictured them in my head so if you could let me know what all the parts and pieces are, and if everything looks ok.

Here is the back side of the cross member, i know this is where the end of the torsion bar slides…

I have a 1973 /6 dart sport that i’m upgrading to a 408. im going to need the thing to stop so i need to convert from 4 wheel drum to disc. I havent switched out the rear end to a 8 3/4 yet but ill get to that so the rear brakes are going to have to wait. I just need some input for now of whats a good kit to buy for the front. I want something that is a complete bolt on without any messing around. Any info would help! im sure lots of you guys have done it and im just wondering what it consist…

get the indy”s la x alum 180 intake breathers cut to 2.02 /160 closed chamber portmatched to air gap gasket matched little bowl cut and polish for the 2.05/1.60 or about for 1500.00 or 3 stage work at 2500.00 with airgap either to my springs or cam load wich way to go with just the stage 1 work to start and 600 lift springs…
