Piston to Deck

After my 440 block was machined/square decked I checked the in-the-hole depth of the pistons and they vary anywhere from .058 to .063. I am assuming that this is caused by the factory tolerances of the rods big end to little end center lines. This will be a budget build, pump gas, street/strip engine with Stealth heads. I plan on decking the block, again, to achieve an average .015 deck clearance for better quench per Damons suggestion.
My question is, do you think that the .005 difference in the pistons height will be of any consequence?
I hope ya'll say all is well but I'll pony up for new rods if not.
What say you?
