Dakota 4.7 Help!

This is my second time trying this, do not know where first post or thread or what ever it is called went and can not find it. HATE computer talk! Example: a boot is put on your foot the word DOES NOT MEAN turn on and off, at least according to any dictionary I have used!
Well enogh crying, here's my vehicle discription, 02 Dakota Club Cab,4.7, HD 5 speed (3500),HD rear (9 1/4 with 3.55's),2WD,and rest of HD packages - cooling, charging ETC.It sits more than it goes (am OTR truck driver and am on Bike mostly when home) First question: I constantly get the white foam collecting oi the oil fill next. Is the moisture just from sitting and short hauls, It never is low on coolant. Second question: It will be pulling my car on longer trips this year ( car only gets 8-10 mpg, and it gets expensive to drive. Plus may put the spool back in once or twice to take to the track). Truck rated by Dodge to pull 9,500 lbs.(GCWR) Have pulled car from out of state 3 years ago on a U-Haul trailer. Will weigh each unit (car, truck, trailer) to see exactly total with out gear. I know I am close Truck 3700-3800?,Trailer 1830 per maunfacture,Car (66 Satellite ) 3200-3600? Would like a lot more bottom and mid range, because at 60 it is only turning 1800RPM in 5th. At 70-75 it is in the 2200-2300 range. got 15MPG at this speed with U-Haul (which was probably lighter than my 16 foot open. Most chips I have researched do alot with the combination of 4.7 and automatic, which I do not have. the reason I got what I did was the best rating with the 360 engine was only 9,000lbs. because you got stuck with an automatic no standard available. Can not find any cams, intakes etc. Have installed Volant air intake,Gibson shorty headers and cat. back. Anyone got any ideas ? Thanks Jerry
