It sad but it happens... Ive tried all the right channels with no help from the DMV. Figure if there is ANYONE who has a parts car with no need of the paperwork this is the place to locate it. I have a REALLY nice car here that needs it. She will be parted out if I dont find it. So this is my last resort, I hate to ask, but this car is worth it. I hope Im not breaking any rules by asking.
