86 W250 build up………?????????

Hey guys,
Haven't been on here in ages. Tried searching but I have too many questions.
Here's the deal. I have a 100% stock 'W' code 360 in my W250. I want to build it up for more power/mileage for towing and going on the beach. Again, the engine is 100% stock, with only 75k miles on it. I plan on a mild cam, edelbrock intake, headers, single 3" exhaust with gutted cat, stock heads with a port match and slight cleanup. I'll also probably shave the heads just a few thousandths to make sure they're flat. I'm looking for a power band of idle to maybe 5k rpms. On to the questions............

1. Does anyone make an AFFORDABLE roller cam and lifters?

2. My truck has an air-pump, does it pump into the exhaust manifolds? Do I need to get headers with smog ports?

3. Who makes a good header that's not $700????? I was looking at Thorley
headers, but wow!!!!!!

4. With 75k miles, should I put rings/bearing in it to save time/money down the road?

5. With cruising on the beach, I was thinking of adding a tranny cooler, an oil cooler, and remote oil filters for both. Good idea??

6. I had an old Mopar magazine that should an A/C kit designed to retrofit that was set up for R134. It came with compressor, condenser, dryer, and new lines. I think it was around $400. Anyone know of that kit?

7. My brother suggested an electric cooling fan. Worth it? Are they pretty reliable? Don't want to overheat on the beach with the SO. That would be bad.

I guess that's it for now. I'm sure I'll come up with other questions. Thanks for your time in advance!!!!!!!!!!!
