4bolt mains for 408 w/w5 heads? scat balancing in question?

Hello,
I´m building a 408 stroker from a 78 360 block, with a scat rotating assembly (forged pistons, I-beam rods, cast crank, balanced set scat 1-98112BI). Heads will be mopar w-5 with a roller cam. Expected output is 500hp at the flywheel. This will be a street engine, reliability is a major issue. Street engine means to me that it will last several 10.000 miles in everyday driving including 10 mile long full throttle blasts on the autobahn (with adequate oil and water cooling)
I have two questions:
1. Do I need 4 bolt mains? I have a set of milodon 4bolt caps, should I have the machine shop install them? Costs quite a bit of money, and I read and hear different opinions about installing 4 bolts on a production block. Some say it weakens the block.
2. I weighted the pistons, pins, rods, bearings etc on a highly precice scale and found pistons like 10 gramms off and rod ends 3-8 gramms off the specs in the balancing protocol. The parts are withing 1 gramm compared to each other. Should I polish the rods and have it all balanced by my machine shop or should I trust in the balancing process at scat´s?
Thanks for your input!
Chris
