426 hemi v 6.4

Well I finally moved into this century and I have some brand new stuff to build and I have been able to side by side, back to back some interesting engine parts.

Thought you might like to know.....

IF THIS HASN'T BEEN DONE ALREADY

WHAT i FOUND OUT ABOUT THE HEADS and how they compare to some other heads we have grown to know and love.

I won't tell you here in this first box, you guys guess what I found. If you know for sure, please don't post numbers and ruin the guessing. I'm going to compare the new 6.4 Hemi head to the 426 Hemi to a Fully ported 426 Hemi head by Barton circa 1985, to my best record holding 518 max wedge head (absolutely legal no acid crap) to a fully ported 906.

Like I did once before in CHRYSLER POWER MAGAZINE, same bench, same operator, same day....the numbers can be debated a bit but the relativity cannot. This job is done and the results are available immediately so on with the show. BTW I have the most conservative bench in the business. My numbers are lower than almost anybodys.
