Being a reformed small block chevy owner, I've yet to tune a mopar 4bbl on a 383. Going by what I've done it the past, first you set the timing, disconnect vacuum advance and block off, and turn in each screw one at a time until the engine stumbles, and then turn back out how many turns? I did a quick and dirty on my 383 by turning them in until it stumbled, then back out a full turn. Should I turn them out further? I do not yet own a vacuum gauge. Am I remembering things correctly?
