360 AMC or 360 MOPAR?

I am rebuilding a 1974 Plymouth Satellite. It has a stock 318 motor in it, however, this motor has nearly 170,000 miles on it. I have deciding to replace it because there is no benefit in a numbers matching car of this year, make, model etc. I have narrowed it down to two engine types. I have decided to go with a 360 cu. in motor, but have not decided whether to go with an AMC or a MOPAR. Before you all go crazy, I must say this: For years, my family owned a 1990 Grand Wagoneer with the AMC 360 in it. I loved that car. We had to get rid of it (the frame rusted out) but I know for a fact that it was repaired and I now have the opportunity to get it back for the motor. This will be both cheap and be a cool sentimental thing for my family. However, I do not know very much about AMC motors, especially paired with a Plymouth Satellite. I would appreciate any input from those who know more about this than myself. I am aware that there are some minor modifications but is there anything major? Will this motor have the power to move my car? Can't wait to hear from you all
