I was In the process of buying a 69 340 that was running. When the guy was taking the transmission off from the engine he said that he broke off I guess what I think you call the ear where one of the transmission bolts to the engine on the passenger side. The guy says its not a big deal and can be welded back. Is the engine worth buying now ? I know it doesn't have to do with the engine working or not but I assume it hurts the value of the engine.
