So what it your racing tow rig like? I got a new trailer after my old trailer got stole late winter. My new Trailer has 600 lbs axle with electric brakes, I still to add wiring and lights. The 1990 D150 Club Cap with topper my boss gave me with built in tool boxes on both sides. I just add the wheels on the truck to match the trailer last month. The truck has efi 318 , 727, 9 1/4 with 3.90 gears, it had overdrive tranny
but kicked the bucket before I got the truck so they put 727 in it. It sing at highway speed. I repainted the charcoal and added the orange stripe in night class at the local jr college WNCC. The EFI can be a pain in the butt some times. It gets about 13 MPG need the O/D back.
