Small block combo – dirt modified

I don't think I'll be able to go racing anytime soon, I'm just kicking some ideas around. The class I would run specifies iron heads, so W2s are my first choice here. It's no secret there are 420" 630hp Chevys out there, so that would be the competition. Here's what I've come up with so far:

R3 48 degree siamese block (P4876673AD)
Ported W2 race heads
Callies 3.790 stroke steel crank
6.123 I-beam steel rods
4.100 forged 5cc domed pistons
Solid roller cam in the 0.600+ range
Offset solid roller lifters
M1 single plane
750 alcohol carb
MSD ignition

I would run the 3.790 crank instead of a 4.000 because I would need to twist it pretty hard being that it would be run on a tacky 1/2 mile. The final displacement would be 401". If a 4.000 crank would last, I'd end up with 423". The oil and cooling systems would be modified, too. I'd like to see what Sanborn came up with, but I guess the uploads were trashed in a website update. Does anyone have copies of them? :help:
