Intake, Air Grabber, and performance questions

I have a 1970 Roadrunner with the 383 and Air Grabber. The motor is built well with the purple P4120235 284/484 108 cam and Edelbrock RPM 60929 heads as well as other goodies. TCI Street Fighter trans with the Hughes 2500 converter, 3.23 rear. Real tough to break the tires loose.
The motor has the stock intake and HP exhaust manifolds followed by 2.5" w/ flowmasters.
I just picked up a great 489 3.91 3rd member as starters.

I would like to match the cam with the right manifold and still be able to use the air grabber system.
Should I get the Eddy RPM 7186 and get it machined down as well as the air grabber base (carb allowing)?
How will the performer 2186 work out?
The performer is only good to 5500 and cam good for 5900, would that be good enough for my cam?
I know I need headers but that would be going in a whole different path.
What kind of flow do the stock HP exhaust manifold have? Do they really restrict that bad?

Thanks,
Mark
