Help! Everything is screwed up.

Using the finger in the hole, and the coat hanger in the hole methods, I get myself at TDC, and the timing mark is nowhere near correct, and the slot into which the distributor fits is nowhere near correct. What is wrong? How do I fix it? Before attempting to start the car this weekend, when I was at TDC, the timing mark line up correctly. What's changed? What have I done? :dis:
