Going to put my belts on (AC/ALT belt). I must slip this over the fan blades and then back onto the pulley, right? Problem is, the distance between the hub of the fan blades and the rear of the radiator is maybe 3 millimeters -- the belt just ain't gonna fit unless I do some serious forcing. Did I do something wrong? Am I missing something? I've been following Don Taylor's "How to Rebuild Big Block Mopar Engines" and he doesn't say anything about putting the belts on before the fan blade. What to do?
