What size plug do I need to seal the little hole below my exhaust ports on my 302 heads? And is there a certain type of material I will need, iron, bronze, stainless? Thank you!

I found three cracked cam bearings in my 318 today, does this mean I have a cracked block? I just bought this and brought it home today.
