Ran across a bare 72 340 block. Engine had tossed a rod, there is a small divit missing out of the bottom of the vacated cylinder( well below where the rings travel) There is also about a two inch section broken out of the bottom of the block ( under the corresponding cylinder), of the surface where the oil pan flange is.
