How can I test to see if a brake light switch is causing problems with a non-functioning cruise control? (1989 fifth avenue)

Does anyone have an original owners manual for a 1989 Fifth Avenue they would like to donate for a reasonable price? I know the car reasonably well, but for example I don’t understand what the lights and compartments in the roof are for, an owner’s manual would help on little idiosyncrasies like this.

Power antenna info
Can someone inform me how to hook up the power antenna from a 89 Fifth Avenue on the bench to test it, I have three power wires two in one plug and one single. I assume the single one is the ground and the other two are to reverse polarity, but I’m not sure.
Fifth Avenue tire size
