How would I know if my charger has/was Smog equipped? I’ve been lookin at diff heads online and didnt know what the big differences are?

I know where I can pickup a pair of 360 Heads #3769974 for $100 w/out the Shaft Assemblies. Are the 360 Rocker Shaft Assemblies interchangeable?

On my SB LA 5.9 360 motor, haynes manual says 95 ft lbs for the Head Bolts?
Is the Rocker Shaft bolts the ones in the middle of the shaft?

I’ve got a Holley Carb and just wanted to know what the 3 small lines (2 Back, 1 pass Side) go to? Just want to make sure I’ve got Hooked up…
