‘Morning, gents! It’s been a while. So my 300 has sat for the better part of a year (at least). Very bad, I know and I wish that was the worst of it. I tried to get it running yesterday and it was quite the ordeal. The gas was bad. I siphoned out the old and put in fresh (big mistake). I poured gas in the carb and it fired right up. Where’s the best source for the correct heater hose for 1965 C Bodies?

Coolant on the Passenger Floorboard – ’65 Chrysler 300 Factory AC

While cleaning the car up this morning for a show tomorrow, I noticed the passenger floorboard was wet. Turned out to be coolant. The question is: heater core (god, I hope not) or temperature control valve? The drip tray below the temperature control valve was wet with coolant so I’m hoping that is a good sign. How can I tell if it is the heater core or control valve?

’65 Chrysler Steering Donut Heat Sheild

Does anyone know the correct diameter Corbin Clamp used to secure the heat shield to the column? I think it is 2" but I am not certain.

Dim Dash Lights – ’65 Chrysler 300

I’ve noticed my dash lights dim quite substantially while at idle then illuminate back to normal at cruise RPM’s. Any idea what could be causing this?
