Sagging headliner massaging my bald spot !!
Hi on my 1978 newport 2 door the red cloth has come unglued from the cardboard headliner and the cardboard itself has started to sag. Short of taking out the windshield to remove the headliner and fix it does anybody out there have any idea’s how to fix this ? normally I wouldn’t care but I do look silly and annoyed with the headliner resting on my head while driving around. almost like my noggin is holding up the headliner. Red seat belts for 1974-1978 red interior
I have a 1978 Newport with a blazing red interior but it has ugly black seat belts. I’m looking for a complete set of red belts for my car. thanks Wolfgang

Hi I just purchased a 1978 2 door Newport with the St Regis package. Back in the 1980’s I drove a 1977 4 door New Yorker as a daily for more than 10 years ( black paint, green vinyl roof and velour), and I never lost my love for these c body cars. For some reason even though my Newport car has almost every option it has the black seat belts and they look just ……. well bad.
