Fuel guage calibration

So had my instrument guages rebuilt and calibrated by a professional while I was restoring my 73 cuda (non Rallye cluster). Several years ago.

All new fuel system lines, tank, sending unit, etc.

Carter Thermoquad

Free for the asking. Just bought a carter thermoquad at the local car show for about the price of a starbucks coffee. The numbers are 6-2146 on the front and on the drivers side back mounting ear 9015 3 045 4. I believe this is from a 74 440 HP AT late or a truck 440 – not 100% sure.

So it may be good for parts or rebuilding.

Free for the asking but you pay the ride from zip code 07726. First one that wants it get it.

Just send me a PM

Torque converter 340 engine – 73 cuda

How would I confirm that this is the high stall torque converter used in the 340 engine (2200-2500 stall). I found no numbers on it. It measures 10 3/4 ” to outside of the mounting hole base plates and 10″ to the center line of the flex plate bolt holes. The information I have on torqueflights is that this converter is supposed to be # 368 1052. It came out of the car when I rebuilt the trany but do not know if it is original to the car.
Thanks

starter splash shield

I have a 1973 Plymouth Cuda auto and its pretty original. I took the larger splash shield off many years ago and have finally gotten around to reinstall it. See picture – I know the smaller splash shield in the picture goes upfront on the k frame and was riveted in.
Where does the larger splash shield go and does it attach with rivets or bolted in. Note: its a generic picture off ebay but mine came off the car.

Thanks to all
