440 Throttle Cable Bracket 67-70

I’m on the hunt for an OEM throttle cable bracket, the more beat-up the better, for a survivor car. I believe it looks something like the one in this image. I need this for a 440 4bbl car.

Are these bumper support to frame bolts?

Can anyone confirm? I don’t have the access I need to confirm if these bolts are the ones used to bolt the front bumper support to the frame. The (1970-71) parts book does not appear to list part numbers for these bolts in the bumper section.
