Hoping to find help to an odd question: Can a set of 73 Chrysler Imperial spindles be used for Front Disc Brake Upgrade on 69-72 C-bodies (like a 68 Plymouth Fury).

I have Ol’Blue: A 1968 Plymouth Custom Suburban (Fury C-body). My parents purchased Ol’Blue new in Oct. 1967 and took delivery in Detroit.
