Replaced everything on my 67 Dodge convert because of a leak,one actuator was leaking but I replaced everything,now have a good pump and one actuator for sale,$100 bucks for pump and other actuator

Moved the lever to shift and the little clip with red arrow popped out,looks like the only way to put it back is pull the steering wheel off,anyone ever have to fix this?
