Rear end identification.
Looks like I need a new speedometer gear, my speedometer is off 5- 10 mph. I have a ’65 Newport. Convertible 383 2bbl. Any ideas what rear end it has? Figured I’d ask the experts. Thanks!
Rear seat speaker
I have a 1965 Newport Convertible, does anyone have a photo of how the back of the rear seat looks with a speaker installed?
I’m planning to install one and was wondering what it should look like. I have the forward facing chrome speaker enclosure and I presently have a board that covers the upper rear of the seat and with a speaker cut out on it. Thanks!
’65 Newport Convertible jack mounting in trunk
Does anyone gave a photo or know the proper mounting of the jack& lug wrench in the trunk on a 1965 Newport Convertible? I know the jack mounts in a holder in the trunk, I’m missing the hold- down spring. Any suggestions appreciated.
