What’s the best legit way to replace a missing VIN plate on a 59 Imperial? Supposedly it was on the car when the previous owner bought it but went missing sometime between then and when I bought it. I can go to motor vehicle and get a new state issued vin, after some effort, but I was hoping to retain the factory appearance.
