How do you remove the moulding on the drip edge? I’m trying to remove it before I get the car painted. I wasn’t sure if I need to remove the rubber weather seal, if it’s secured with screws, or pressed on. Thanks.

Does anyone know what the gear ratio is for a 7 1/4 rearend for a 6 cylinder Barracuda. I replaced the slant with a 360. I eventually want to go to an 8 3/4 rear end. I was just curious what’s in the rear end now. Is there a tag on the diff or something on the broadcast sheet that would tell me the gear ratio? I have the sheet but it’s it pretty rough condition. I just had my 74 360 rebuilt. I installed the engine, it runs great. At idle, it has about 80 psi oil pressure (new Autometer mech gauge). I noticed that my oil filter leaks. I changed the filter twice. The filter is hand tightened, gasket lubed. When I look at where the filter is attached, it doesn’t look right. It doesn’t look like I have the right filter. I’m using a Fram Ph 43. Before that I had a Wix filter. Is the oil pressure too high? Could this be causing the filter to leak? I have…

Oil Filter Leak/Too Much Pressure?

Does anyone know where I can get a good remanufactured set of calipers for my 70 Barracuda? I bought a pair from O’Rilly. The passenger side went on without any problem. The drivers side I struggled for 3 hrs and still couldn’t install it. I tried Auto zone, the same problem. The calipers aren’t remanufactured. The junk was made in China. The holes on the caliper were misdrilled on the ones from Auto zone and O’Rilly. The caliper housing needs to be ground down so everything lines up….

I would like to install a modern radio in my 70 Barracuda. Is there a plate I can buy to reduce the size of the old radio opening? I don’t have the metal fab skills to make a plate so a pre-made plate would be great. Thanks

I had my trunk floor replaced. It is currently primed and the cause of the water leaks has been repaired. Is it better to paint the floor the same color as the car or use a textured paint like they use for truck beds? Thanks
