New to Mopar, so I know very little about them and need some help. I just traded for a 67 GTX and the seller was positive it has a 1964 426 max wedge short block with 440 top end. I just got the car today and haven’t had time to check all the block #’s yet, but did find these: The pad by the distributor is stamped V 426 1 24 HP and the front face of the block has casting AAQA 1R. I haven’t found the blocks’s casting # yet? Any ideas as to what this is? Thanks in advance!!
