Eddie Cochran Weekend, Albert Lea, MN Oct 1& 2 2021
Maybe the last chance to get the C’s out this year. Albert Lea MN will be holding the annual Eddie Cochran Weekend on October 1st and 2nd 2021 in downtown Albert Lea.
Friday Oct 1st is the free cruise-in social on Broadway from 3pm to 9pm. With music at Fountain Lake park @7:00
Saturday Oct 2nd the annual car show will be again held on North Broadway starting at 8:30 am to 2 pm. $10 per car entering the show. And finally a cruise around Fountain Lake @ 4.
Norm MacDonald
Yesterday we lost comedian Norm MacDonald at 61 to his private battle with cancer. Norm’s style was not everyone’s cup of tea. But either playing Burt Reynolds as Turd Ferguson on SNL’s Jeopardy or as Little Chubby on My Names Earl and saving interviews on Conan. He never failed to get a laugh.
R.I.P Norm, you will missed but not forgotten.

Auto Restorers St. Peter, MN Sept 19th (9-19-21)
The 44th annual Auto Restorers Club Southern Minnesota will be having their show on September 19th at the Nicollet County fairgrounds in St. Peter Minnesota.
They normally have a large swap meet and car corral. Along with the show.
