Inline Fuel Pump Location – Sugestions ?
Hello All, Just joined yesterday & am looking for suggestions for placing an inline fuel pump on my ’70 R/T. I know its supposed to go below tank level & w/in 3′ but that doesn’t look practical. We have a FiTech EFI (#3002) and were stranded last week by the Command Center in the heatwave we had going on then. I could literally feel boiling liquid in their pump/sump combo. Hello All,
Have lurked on these pages for awhile as my car had to take a backseat to life’s priorities. We have a ’70 Challenger R/T and are finally free to give her due attention. It was ‘rescued’ from a junk yard in Bethlehem PA a long time ago. It’s painted the ’69 red w/black bumble bee stripe, 383 nom & automatic. She has a ways to go, but the time is now.. -Thanks
