Looking for a fan shroud part #3443522. For a 1972 Newport with a/c.

I was taking out my wiring harness to have it replicated, and noticed this. Sticky tar originating at the voltage regulator dripped all the way onto the transmission bell housing and trails back. Anyone ever seen this before?

Does anyone know the original camshaft part number for a 1972 400 engine?
