cruise control delete
Has anyone attempted to remove the cruise control out of our cars? I was considering doing it on the Doba. I know there’s the lines that come from the trans to the speedo that connect to the unit. Is there a shorter or longer speedo cable to replace it with or a way to bypass the control unit? Also is there a different turn signal stalk for the column? Let me know.

Just a quick question
Hey guys!
I’m trying to do some research for my uncle on his 85 ram. We’re thinking the wire on the positive cable with the quick disconnect is a fusiable link, but it also runs to the battery. His was cooked on the truck. Is there a replacement one or is there a way to update that wire. I know this will be an interesting one to decifer.

Loose vinyl top trim

Chrysler snowflake wheels
Hey guys I’m selling the snowflake wheels that I had on the doba since I bought new rims. They have like new Cooper cobras on all 4. They fronts are 235/60/15 and the rears are 275/60/15. The wheels themselves are decent, they just need a little t.l.c. I was looking for 400 obo. Thanks. CW.
New shoes for the doba
So I finally broke down and bought the rims I wanted for the doba. I was planning on going with 17’s, but with a small price difference I ended up going with 20’s. They are us mags 20×8″ in the front and 20×8.5″ in the rear. The tires I’m rolling on are zenna tires on a 245/30/20 in front and 255/35/20 in rear.
A slight snafoo
So I bought an old Carter AFB to throw on the doba. I rebuilt the carb since the accelerator pump was shot. The runs well at idle now and during take off, but when I matted it to the floor it breaks up but doesn’t stall. But the other oddball thing is if I gradually lay into it, it’s fine. I still have to readjust the kickdown lever on the trans, could that be a reason or am I going to have to get a tuning kit for the carb?
