So I just bought a mp timing chain tensioner off of eBay. It’s replacing the thrust plate for the cam. Has anyone used one on their bulids? If so is it worth putting on or just a waste of time?

So I’ve been at a stand still on what to do aesthetically with the doba. Its not that I dont like the look, its just that I’d like to do something more to the car and take it to that next level. Right now the car has a modern wheel/tire set up, the side cut t/a/ aar style exhaust and a third gen firebird spoiler. What I’ve finally came up with is a active aero package for the car. What’s going on guys. I have some mirada parts I picked up awhile back and looking to sell them. Its the entire front clip off of a 81 mirada. Comes with a clean hood, fenders, nose cone is in good shape (the chrome strip is coming off, but can be fixed). I also have the bumper brace as well. Asking $350 for all or ill trade for a cordoba ls nose as well.

So i started off sometime towards the end of the year pulling the 318 apart. My orignal intentions were just to do a new timing chain and that was it.
