Gas pedal broken? 72 fury iii
I have a 72 fury that I acquired when my dad passed away. I don’t know a whole lot on cars, especially older ones so hopefully someone can help. I went to go drive her today, and as I pressed the gas pedal, it snapped and the pedal went to the floor. I don’t mind getting dirty and trying to do the job myself, I just have no idea what part I even need, or where to look. Google hasn’t been too helpful. Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone. Thanks for adding me. I’ll be quite honest. I don’t know a whole lot about cars, but I don’t mind getting dirty and trying to learn new things. My dad (IMFURYS) passed away two years ago. I inherited his 72 Plymouth Fury III that I’m slowly trying to fix back up. I’ve gotten several things fixed, but there’s still plenty of work to be had. Possible leads on good body work in the Hampton roads area? 72 Plymouth Fury
Hello, everyone. My dad was IMFURYS. he has passed away and I inherited his beloved 72 Fury. I’ve put some work into her getting some things fixed, but I need to get body work done. I’m located near Suffolk, VA. Does anyone have any good recommendations of a reputable shop that won’t try to pull one over on me? I definitely have a lot to learn about my dad’s car, but I want to make sure I do her justice and get this rust taken care of.
