I’m looking for solid used or someone’s new solid steel 15" wheels. Not the COP wheel design. Specifically rims that will accept a Plymouth Division poverty cap. These are for a 1970 Cuda A- driver vehicle.

Anyone have know where I can locate the factory specs on the luggage rack install, ie: location of the holes. My 70 Cuda had a rack originally and my plan is to reinstall what it once had. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
