1966 Fury, is this the starter relay?

So my front grill on my 66 Fury is pitted and not sure how to repair it. Also the rear light panels that are mounted on the truck has lost its chrome as well. I’ve considered just painting it all black. Just not sure if there’s anyway to repair it same with the chrome side trim that runs from the front to the rear .

I’ve seen some hood scoops but see nothing made for a 1966 Fury 3 tho.

So this morning the kids wanted me to give them a ride and she was very hard to start. Didn’t want to hold a idle and pop pop back fire. Now it is 34 degree tho. Anyways, finally she started and held a idle and we drove about 1 mile. Before she started bucking and felt like IMO no fuel. So I pulled over, now when she starts she’ll hold a idle and then slowly will just die.

Been kicking around doing my current exhaust to dumps right before the rear axle. The only reason is the sound;) She’s a 1966 Fury 3, anyone done this and liked it

So I’m hoping I don’t have a blown head gasket but if i do won’t be the end of the work you know. I have a 1966 Fury 3 with a 383 in her. Just got the car and not to sure on the history and what’s all been done to her. So when I first start her I get a little white smoke untill she warms up. When I park her here and there I’ll get a little antifreeze burp up out the reservoir.
