Market Analysis 70 Hurst/Sport Fury GT per .lb

I like the idea of per pound pricing on some C-Bodies.

Currently, well sorted 1970 300/Hursts are selling from $8.50 to $14.00 per pound.

I would expect a well sorted 1970 Sport Fury GT to do the same. The last two private sales that I know of were around $7.00 per pound.

So maybe now it’s a good time to find and buy the Sport Fury GT you’ve been thinking about before the window of opportunity closes.

Just a thought.

“Hurst” exhaust tips……(NOT)

These are NOT mine.

They are modern reproduction Challenger tips, mig welded and totally incorrect.

Actually, the 1970 300/H didn’t actually come with Sport Fury GT tips from Hurst/Chrysler. Some cars may have been fitted with them by the dealer, but as far I I know, only a few cars are known to have the GT tips from the factory. 99% of the Hurst/300’s did not have them….
